Three Lakes is a census-designated place (CDP) in Snohomish County, Washington. The population was 3,184 at the 2010 census.
The three lakes the area is named after are Panther Lake, Flowing Lake, and Storm Lake. The area is rural residential with several lakefront parks.
Based on per capita income, one of the more reliable measures of affluence, Three Lakes ranks 56th of 522 areas in the state of Washington to be ranked.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 10.2 square miles (26.4 km²), of which, 9.8 square miles (25.4 km²) of it is land and 0.4 square miles (1.0 km²) of it (3.92%) is water.
Machias and Forest Glade are north of Three Lakes. Unincorporated Snohomish County is to the east, while Monroe is south. Snohomish is to the west.
