Sunnyslope is a census-designated place (CDP) in Chelan County, Washington. It is part of the Wenatchee–East Wenatchee Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 2,521 at the 2000 census. As of 2007, 2,672 people live in Sunnyslope. Sunnyslope is about 87.5 miles from Bellevue and 93.6 miles from Seattle. (Not to be confused with Sunnyslope in Kitsap County)
By per capita income, Sunnyslope ranks 53rd of 522 areas in the state of Washington to be ranked. It is also the highest rank achieved in Chelan County.

Sunnyslope is slightly to the northwest of Wenatchee. The community is 800 feet above sea level.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 10.1 square miles (26.1 km2), of which, 9.6 square miles (24.9 km2) of it is land and 0.4 square miles (1.1 km2) of it (4.37%) is water.

Sunnyslope, WA climate is warm during summer when temperatures tend to be in the 70's and very cold during winter when temperatures tend to be in the 30's.
The warmest month of the year is July with an average maximum temperature of 87.80 degrees Fahrenheit, while the coldest month of the year is January with an average minimum temperature of 23.20 degrees Fahrenheit.
Temperature variations between night and day tend to be moderate during summer with a difference that can reach 27 degrees Fahrenheit, and fairly limited during winter with an average difference of 14 degrees Fahrenheit.
The annual average precipitation at Sunnyslope is 9.12 Inches. Rainfall in is fairly evenly distributed throughout the year. The wettest month of the year is December with an average rainfall of 1.52 Inches.

Sunnyslope is mostly residential, with a small commercial base. Most shopping is done in Wenatchee, as well as community events. Sunnyslope can be looked upon as a suburb to Wenatchee.

Sunnyslope receives most public services from Chelan County. It is under the jurisdiction of Chelan County Sheriff's Department, and is headquarters seat of Chelan County fire district 1.
Sunnyslope is headquarters of the Wenatchee-Okanogan National Forest, a forest within the United States Forest Service.
Central Washington Hospital is located in Wenatchee, less then four miles away.

Link Transit serves Sunnyslope through a transfer station at the Food Pavilion Plaza at Easy Street and US 2/97, and a transit route along Easy Street.
