The elevation of Neptune Beach is 13 feet above sea level. Neptune Beach is located 11 miles west of Bellingham. To the north of Neptune Beach is Mountain View and Birch Bay. Ferndale, the Lummi Reservation, Sandy Point, and Bellingham are to the east, and Lummi Bay to the south.
To reach Neptune Beach, one has to enter through Slater Road.
