Hawk Creek

Hawk Creek (Hawk Creek Resort) is a planned community in Lincoln County, Washington. As of 2017, it is being developed by the Tacoma Land Company.

The community sells homesites as well as pre-built homes.

Geography

The community is mostly within and around Dodd Canyon which overlooks Hawk Creek that then flows into the Hawk Creek Harbor and the Columbia River.

To the northwest is Seven Bays, Deer Meadows, and Lincoln. To the east and south is Lincoln County.

Services and Recreation

The Hawk Creek Resort has an owners lodge for community members. The lodge includes a swimming pool, a spa, tennis courts, and a fire pit.

There are more then 400 square acres open space as well as hiking trails.
